For those who are unfamiliar, Whey King Supplements is a fitness supplement store which aims to give you the 3 cores of fitness which is Education, Motivation and Supplementation.

While these videos are aimed towards those who are just starting out in fitness, we hope that whatever your skill set is, you walk away from this with a better understanding on how the 3 cores of fitness work hand in hand together.

So we'll start with the basic overview on how your body works from Food, Diet, workout plan and supplementation.

Thru out this series we’ll cover these important topics step by step: 

1st - Knowing your body

Know Your Body - EP 1Before you start your training and nutrition regimen, it's a good idea to figure out your body type first. Knowing which of the three basic body types you're closest to will help you better tailor your diet and exercise plan to meet your needs and set realistic and attainable goals that will lead the way to your success.

So for our first episode we'll talk about the 3 main Body types; why it is important to know which Body type you fall under and what are the advantages and disadvantages of each body type.

2nd - Work out Plan

Workout Plan (EP 2)Your body type is predominantly genetic, but that doesn’t mean you are doomed to your genetics.

There are ways you can train in order to make the most out of your body type and have the body you’ve always wanted!

And since we've already identified which body type you are, we'll now get in to details on which specific workout routine will work out best for you! In this episode we'll give you 5 effective ways on how you can start your own work out plan based on your body type.

3rd - Food and Diet

Food and Diet (EP 3)These days, with the ridiculous number of proven diets out there, nutrition has become a mysterious subject very few really understand. The truth is nutrition is not as complex as you may think. It’s all about eating what’s right for your body.

So in this episode we'll give you tips on how you can structure your own nutrition plan that will fit your lifestyle and food preference. We'll try to figure out how many calories should you be consuming every day and which food group should you be eating in order for you to achieve your fitness goals!

4th - Supplementation 

Supplementation (EP 4)Many people still question the importance of taking Supplements as part of their daily diet. You’ve likely heard conflicting information about nutrient supplementation. With all the misleading information out there, it's no wonder why people are so confused.

That is why for our last episode we divided the process of choosing the right stack into 4 stages. Each stage is tailored fit to help you choose the right supplement wisely depending on your Goal, current progress and of course your body type.
