This policy is applicable to domestic (Philippines) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
3rd Party Delivery (Same Day Delivery) Shipping Cost ₱150.00 Per Order
LBC Shipping Cost ₱350.00 Per Order
LBC Shipping - COD Shipping Cost ₱533.60 Per Order
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME For 3rd Party Delivery (Same Day Delivery)
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 0 – 1 days (Monday to Saturday). Order cutoff time will be 03:00 PM . Domestic order handling time is 0 - 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
For same-day delivery, orders will be delivered up to 8:00 PM on the assigned delivery date. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the item by 8:00 PM, the delivery will be rescheduled and fulfilled on the next business day.
C. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME For LBC Shipping, LBC Shipping - COD
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5 – 9 days (Monday to Saturday). Order cutoff time will be 03:00 PM . Domestic order handling time is 2 - 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
D. DELIVERY TERMS
We use the 3rd Party Delivery, LBC Shipping, LBC Shipping - COD (Cash on Delivery) to deliver the product.
E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customerservice@wheykingsupplements.com or Call Us at +63 927 910 9297.
F. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
