The Chocolate cake flavor was ok, easily 2-scoop this before working out and is ok with just water.
The cookies and cream one tasted kind of weird. I only take the cookies and cream with some milk, but with just water tastes weird. would not recommend the cookies and cream one. But on the bright side in a caffeine perspective, works just as well.

tastes bitter smells sour either whey king sells spoiled products or this is the foulest tasting protein i have ever tasted and i‘ve been consuming protein shakes for over 20 years
