This is a 3-Episode program.

  2. Dynamic Exercise (Prep warmup)
  3. The death march ( Extreme FAT loss program)

 

You can adjust or switch exercises depending on your skill level whether you are a beginner, mid-level or elite athlete you can work on this program.
