Pros: Good amount of high quality protein with low amount of total calories. Has a satiating effect which is good to control appetite. Has a lot of servings per 5 lbs tub. The taste of this one is way better than the Cookies and Cream Cheesecake flavor and I recommend this flavor if you want to try this product out.
Cons: The mixability of this one is not as good as the SAN and USN products. The mixability problem probably contributes to the satiating effect.
