I agree with the others that this specific creatine is very safe on your stomach, I am acidic and I tried it, never nag trigger yung acid ko so malaking check kagad sakin to! More importantly, very effective siya, you can really feel the difference when you take it before working out and it's up to you if you want to take another one post workout.
