  4. Dips (4 sets of 2-5 reps)
  5. Close-Grip Bench Press (4 sets of 2-5 reps)
  6. Cable Crunch (3 sets of 2-5 reps)
  7. Smith Machine Thrust (3 sets of 2-5 reps)
