I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now. With proper diet, nutrition, and training, this product will help me achieve my goal of gaining weight (bulking). This product also comes with a serving scoop. The suggested serving size is 4 scoops, but you should consider tracking your macros before taking in that whole serving. I'll observe the changes in my body composition for a month before concluding that everything works out fine. So far, it's been working for me. In just 1 week, I've gained at least 0.5kg.

My honest take on this product: As someone who switched from ON serious mass to this one, the taste is not quite as good as ON serious mass, this is probably due to the lesser amount of sugar which is good for those who has diabetic history within the family, but i assure you the taste ain't bad, it's just not as good as ON serious mass and you'll get used to it along the way. I never felt bloated neither had a bad stomach (im on my 2nd week using this product btw) consuming this twice a day, half a serving each. Would last longer than ON serious mass as it has much smaller scoop with more servings (25), perfect for those who are on budget and plans to consume lesser than the serving size. Mixability is excellent, doesn't require blender, a shaker would suffice. Consistency, depends on how much water you prefer, i have no issues with it as i usually go with 500 ml of water for half serving (2 scoops) which is to me the perfect amount of water to add for my preferred consistency. All in all an excellent and quality product, i would recommend it for everyone, would rate this product 5/5.
